All docks are shown based on official TFL data - including size and availability. FEATURES: Nearest Bikes: - See the 20 docking stations closest to your current location in an easy-to-read list view. - View a handy compass and workout which direction the nearest dock is. - See how many bikes and free spaces are available in each dock. - Details include docking station name, postcode, approximate distance from your current location, heading and number of docking points. If the docking point was not built at the time of release, it is shown as "not available". - Tap on any location in the list of Nearest Bikes to see docking station location on a high quality Google Map. Map: - High quality Google Map - Tap on any pin on the Google Map to show docking station address, free spaces and available bikes, and total number of docking points. - Select "Find a bike" to highlight (in red) docks which have very few bikes available. - Select "Find a dock" to highlight (in red) docks which have very few docks available. - Use the Locate Me button to show your position on the Google Map relative to the Barclays Cycle Hire docking stations. - Use the routing button to show the easiest cycle route to your selected docking station. Data is updated in real time, so all docks are current with TFL data. - Zoom in or out to view more or less detailed information. Timer: - Timer shows current Barclays Cycle Hire pricing estimate, with approximate number of minutes remaining until the next price increase. - The timer will alert you when your free hire period is about to expire, even if you are using another application or your phone is not in use (iOS4 only) - Timer continues when London Bike app is closed, or your phone is turned off and remains in use until you press Stop or you have not used the London Bike app for two days. Trip List: - Records each trip you take, showing you how long, how far (straight line), and from which docking stations you travelled. This can be used to compare with the TFL website, to verify charging. - Shows your TFL account information, so you can check your account against the trip log COMPATIBILITY - Compatible with any device running iOS 4 or higher, including iPod touch, iPhone 3G, 3GS and iPhone 4. - Locate Me Location information is dependant on your device having GPS capabilities.
